My mom cut my hair on Wednesday. It's pretty short--shorter than how I usually like it, but I didn't really care. It's summertime, and I need short hair. You know, to keep cool. Then I realized that my senior photo was coming up in two weeks. I was pretty worried that it wouldn't grow out in time. I mean, for all intents and purposes, short hair is fine, but I want to look like I usually look for my senior photo. So when I professed this to my mom, she said, "Oh, if you want your hair to grow out longer, just wash it everyday." Apparently, this is supposed to help your hair grow out faster. I think this may have something to do with the way earthworms come out of the ground when it rains. Now, what I'm thinking is that the water flushes out the hair so that it can't breathe, in the same manner that it does the earthworms. So when I woke up this morning, I doused my head with water many times. I can feel the little hairs squirming out of my skull as we speak. Or. Yeah. Now I fear I must be off to watch Jackie Chan kick some butt in cartoon form. One mooore thing! Mung bean sandwich is good for you!
