18:05 Tuesday, September 16

The day started out pretty bad and ended pretty well. Concisely, mile, tardy to Psych cuz I wanted water, AP World is always bad, AP Calc test may be my very undoing, I laughed for five minutes at the first sentence of this essay in Lit, Econ was run-of-the-mill, Bio test was grand and Garbedian indicated me as one of the top three scores for short answer, Oaks loves me cuz I'm a good boy. Longly, read below or ask me.

7:04 mile. Not spectacular. Not despicable. I like how when you start off at the beginning of the mile it seems like the city of Los Angeles is running in front of you. This mile was surprisingly not-as-feel-bad as the rest, but I was still out of breath and unable to stand up straight for five minutes. Then there is the incident of Throw-Up-Man. I don't mean to insult him, but even though I know his name [now] I always think of Throw-Up-Man rather than Danny. Laconicly, he felt really bad after the mile and had a mild fit of throw-up after I told him to walk it off [which Aaron told me to do]. When asked if he needed anything, he mentioned water. So I gave Throw-Up-Man my water. He did the pouring thing, but there are a couple instances where I think bottle and lip made contact.

Then they happen to be restocking the soda machines by Tsai Wong's since they're all out. Bell rings. I head to locker room. Sold out. I head to Tsai Wong sodas again. Get water. Head to psych. See Brian, who was responsible for my delay. Talk to him about DS PE [all the while walking to Psych]. Bell rings when I'm right outside the C Building doors. Open doors, run in, marked tardy. All for stupid Dasani.

Lit. Our assignment for the period: peer grading of essays. The essay [written on the themes of I Stand Here Ironing] began with: "Always wondered why my mother always ironed clothes; ..." or something to that effect. It wasn't even that funny, but I couldn't stop laughing, and as a result I was only able to grade two instead of three papers. But it was worth it.
