Melissa gave me some good advice a while ago and told me to only think of one thing at a time, and just when I try to do that, twenty things bombard me all at once. That reminds me of that quote that goes something like, I usually take one day at a time, but lately several days have attacked me at once! It would be nice if I had ...
Thank the goodness! AJ has transferred into AP World, and I now share four classes in a row with him. More senior power, and misery loves company. It's too bad Ashley Mora has to make demeaning remarks towards the sophomores every ten minutes, because it kinda gives the seniors a bad image. I don't want to act like I'm better than everyone else in that class, but oh well. I love how Mrs Perkovich equates large number of students to lower pass rates. She uses examples of AP Physics and APUS that don't have as many students as her, and all the while I was wanting to counter her excuses with the example of APG!!! the ultimate AP class in which I'm sure there were at least 100 students. That class was 1337.
People, don't get mad at me for the gold star business. I'm doing the best that I can, and if you have a better way of doing it then I'm all ears--but until then, I'm gonna do it my way.
