I'm not a big fan of Xanga. Though I do admire its networking capabilities, I've never been crazy about anything else it has. But when Xangans discovered the ability to play music on their sites, that was the straw that broke the camel's back. Most people are already listening to music of their own when they're on their computers. If you want people to listen to your music, tell them to download it. Don't make it interfere with the preexisting music to which your viewers are listening. Even worse is the fact that it's often hard to stop the music from playing. Yes, it's possible to stop the music just by pushing the stop button [next to back and forward], at least for Internet Explorer, but the music usually starts playing before everything's done loading, which means that pressing the stop button stops the page from loading completely. Is the addition of music to your Xanga really necessary? Are you such a big fan of the song that you can't let them go download it on their own time? If the answer to either of those questions is yes, please destroy your computer immediately.
Worst idea ever.
