Thinking Cantonese, our reunion is postponed once more!
Feeling like singing!
Should be getting started on CS, for a change!
Seeing as how all of my things ended in exclamation marks [unintentionally] I must say that I feel better than before, much like that guy who sings "This Time Around." Random thoughts I've been having recently:
- Why is it that when someone average does something "creepy," it's creepy, but when someone "hot" does something "creepy," it's "acceptable." I mean, acceptable or even flattering. Honestly. Some things are just not fair. I only say this because there's a certain girl in my Chinese class who I fear perceives me as creepy, but only because I have talked to her a few times on AIM without knowing her and she didn't seem very friendly towards me. Of course, this doesn't apply to what I was talking about earlier, but it led me in that general direction.
- I found out today that I can't take Cantonese this quarter due to my full schedule. It doesn't matter that the class was too easy for me--I was sad that once again I lost an opportunity to speak my native tongue on a regular basis. Gloria's taking it though, which is good. I wish I could, too. I was really, really looking forward to taking Cantonese this quarter. So whatever, administration! I don't knead you! Need. This just means I should watch more movies like Infernal Affairs I, II, and III, Shaolin Soccer, God of Cookery, etc.
