I have less than two weeks before I set sail for the big H. After I come back, I'll have only one week, which cuts the free remainder of summer '05 down to three weeks, if that. At this point in time, I find myself asking questions like, "Am I satisfied with what I've done this summer?" and "What do I want to do before summer ends?" Well, the answers, respectively, are a resounding yes and eat more Cheerios. Seriously, though, I wonder if there is something I should accomplish before I go back to school. Maybe I should clean up my room a bit. Learn some more guitar. Cut some hair off. Suggestions are welcome, though I don't know how much consideration I will give them. Sorry.
I wish that Summer would get back with Seth. He's a good guy; he just has his faults like everyone else. Summer isn't exactly perfect, either! Maybe I'm sympathetic towards Seth because I always want the guy to get the girl he wants. That's why Smallville was somewhat difficult for me to accept. Or maybe I identify with Seth in some ways. Nerd. Wise guy! What does he know? But then again, I'm not a comic book enthusiast, nor do I sail, nor do I own a horse figurine of any considerable military status. I suppose it just boils down to my being a sucker for the underdog.
Today is August 23rd. I don't quite remember when I started this website, but I know that it was definitely sometime August 2002, so I'm going to adopt today as "the day I started the website." Happy 3rd Anniversary, Webbie! I probably won't remember this date next year and just choose another arbitrary August date again, so be on the lookout!
