Embedding Quicktime Videos

I had been searching on the Internet for some time for a guide on how to embed Quicktime videos on my website. I had to learn two things the hard way:
- Quicktime likes .mov more than .avi. A lot more. I tried for hours to get the sound to work on my embedded .avi, but to no avail. Then I try a .mov file once, and voila!
- Quicktime does all this embedding stuff for you already! All you need to do is go to File -> Export For Web. It creates the files for you and generates the code for you to put in the head and body sections of your webpage. If only I had known this earlier, I could have saved myself a lot of time.
